The food at One80° is guided by seasonality, careful sourcing, and a respect for local produce. At the helm is Head Chef Analia Iglesias, whose global career began in Argentina and includes time at Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau in Buenos Aires and Waiheke Island’s Three Seven Two. Appointed Head Chef in April, Analia brings a contemporary, thoughtful style of Wellington fine dining — food that is refined yet approachable, memorable, and always worth returning for.
