Motion Health Club at Copthorne Slough provides the essential combination of fitness, comfort and relaxation.

 

Please note, our pool, sauna and jacuzzi will be closed from 12 October 2025 for 
essential maintenance works until further notice.

We thank you for your understanding while these improvements
are made to The Health Club.

Our gymnasium is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio-vascular equipment giving you the time and space to concentrate on your personal fitness.

There will be bookable 45 minutes time slots available for our guests.

Fees apply:

Adult: £6.00 per use
Child: £4.00 per use
Family (2 adults & 2 children): £12.50 per use
