Food Capital’s main dining area features full-height, floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide ample natural lighting and create a warm, inviting ambience complemented by scenic views of the Singapore River. Popular selections among diners include the Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop, Oven-Roasted Chicken, Australian Beef Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus, and many more local favourites served across a variety of buffet stations.
