General Terms & Conditions for Hotel Stays:

• Eligibility: A valid KrisFlyer and MyMillennium membership number must be provided at the time of booking or check-in
• Direct Bookings Only: Offer applies exclusively to bookings made via the official brand website, mobile app, or reservation hotline. Third-party bookings and non-qualifying rates (e.g., discounted, promotional, or corporate rates) are excluded.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum of three (3) consecutive nights per booking is required to qualify.
• Stay Cap: KrisFlyer miles will be earned for up to 3 nights per stay
• Non-Qualifying Stays: Complimentary stays, redemption bookings, or split bookings under the same name at the same property are ineligible.
• Crediting Miles: KrisFlyer miles will be credited within 8 weeks after the stay. Disputes must be submitted within 3 months of the stay date
• Cancellations and Modifications: Cancelled, modified, or no-show bookings do not qualify for KrisFlyer miles.
• Exclusive to Participating Hotels: Offer applies only to participating hotels under MyMillennium.
• Earning of Points: Members can earn either KrisFlyer miles or MyPoints for eligible transactions; the two cannot be combined.

Earn KrisFlyer miles on Group & MICE Bookings 

• 1 KrisFlyer mile per USD 1 spent on Group & MICE bookings (Minimum spend of USD$5,000)

General Terms and Conditions for MICE Bookings:

• Eligibility: A valid KrisFlyer and MyMillennium BIZ membership number must be provided at the time of booking or upon signing the event agreement.
• Earn Rate: Bookers will earn 1 KrisFlyer mile per USD$1 spent on eligible charges, excluding taxes, fees, and non-qualifying spend.
• Direct Bookings Only: Eligible bookings must be made directly through the hotel’s sales team or official channels. Bookings made via third-party platforms or agents are not eligible.
• Minimum Spend: Offer valid only for qualifying MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) bookings with a minimum spend of USD$5,000 (or equivalent in local currency).
• Eligible Spend: Eligible spend includes venue rental, food and beverage packages, and accommodation directly tied to the event.
• Non-Qualifying Spends: Excludes third-party services, outsourced items, and gratuities.
• Crediting Miles: Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account within 8 weeks following the completion of the event and settlement of all dues. Any disputes regarding miles earned must be raised within 3 months of the event date.
• Cancellations and Modifications: Cancelled, modified, or unpaid bookings are not eligible for miles.
• Exclusive to Participating Hotels: Offer valid only for MyMillennium participating hotels. Events must be confirmed and contracted within the promotional period and must take place by the stated event deadline.
• Earning of Points: Bookers can earn either MyPoints or KrisFlyer miles per eligible transaction; the two cannot be combined.
