Terms & Conditions

  • Millennium Spring Meetings offer applies to new inquiries received by June 30, 2025, for bookings taking place from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and is subject to availability, and must be mentioned by the booker at the inquiry stage.

  • Package does not include tax, gratuity, or incidental charges.

  • Room rates are quoted per night per room unless otherwise stated. 

  • Additional charges may apply for food and beverage and A/V substitutions and/or additions. 

  • MyPoints are calculated on USD spent in actualized revenue to planner.

  • Points will be awarded to the contract signatory only. 

  • Valid for bookings made and fulfilled from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

  • Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at any time without notice.

  • Millennium Hotels and Resorts shall not be liable for any losses that result from the customer’s failure to comply with these terms, including loss of income or revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data.
