  • The program applies to new inquiries only, is subject to availability, and must be mentioned by the booker at the inquiry stage. Participating hotels in North America only.
  • Valid for bookings made and fulfilled from August 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
  • Only one perk category can be redeemed for each booking.
  • Package does not include tax, gratuity, or incidental charges.
  • Room rates are quoted per night per room unless otherwise stated. 
  • Additional charges may apply for food and beverage, and A/V substitutions and/or additions. 
  • Complimentary evening drinks reception for up to 20 pax includes 1 glass of house wine, house beer, or soft drink per person in the main hotel bar.
  • The complimentary stay voucher is based on a 2-night stay and is valid during the booked group stay dates only.
  • Points will be awarded to the contract signatory only.
