- The Millennium Winter Meetings offer applies to new inquiries received by April 30, 2026, for bookings taking place from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and must be mentioned by the booker at the inquiry stage.
- Subject to availability and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Package does not include tax, gratuity, or incidental charges. Additional charges may apply for food and beverage and A/V substitutions and/or additions.
- Room rates are quoted per night per room unless otherwise stated.
- The complimentary room upgrade applies to rooms booked in one transaction, subject to availability, capped at 5 upgrades per contract.
- The rebate off master account applies to rooms revenue only.
- Additional charges may apply for food and beverage and A/V substitutions and/or additions.
- Booking spend can be a combination of meeting and related guest bedrooms.
- MyPoints are calculated on USD spent in actualized revenue to planner. 2X Points is capped at 100,000 points per contract.
