Thursdays at The Lowry Hotel are heating up with the launch of ‘Flame’ – a brand new grill night taking over The River Restaurant. Think premium cuts, bold marinades, expertly matched wines, and that signature flame-grilled finish – all served riverside in one of Manchester’s most iconic destinations.

Every Thursday, indulge in a curated selection of grilled meats designed for sharing – including:
