Terms and Conditions

• We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. Your table will be booked for 1 hour 45 minutes.
• Please note that all dining bookings made for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be seated within the bar area of the hotel. This section is set up as a restaurant, guests will still experience the same fine dining and service they would in The River Restaurant.
• Prices are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Promotions and discount offerings may not be used in conjunction with one another.
• Valid for dine-in only.
• The River Restaurant and The Lowry Hotel Management reserve the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Cancellation Policy: The River Restaurant has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee of £10 per person.
• A deposit of £10 per person is required for bookings made on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, a £10 per person deposit is required for bookings of six or more guests, regardless of the day of the week.
• The dress code in The River Restaurant is smart casual.
• Parking for day guests at The River Restaurant is complimentary with a minimum spend of £50. Otherwise, a £15 charge applies.
