Begin with delicate starters featuring Marinated Jellyfish Salad with Liangfen, Poached Red Prawns with Mango and Pomelo, where contrasting textures and vibrant flavours come together in harmony. Then indulge in carving stations laden with Teriyaki & Hoisin Roasted Pork Shoulder, Five Spiced Roasted Lamb Leg, Slow Roasted Australian Grain-Fed Black Angus Ribeye, Baked Salmon and more.

Trot over to live stations tempting with Charcoal Grilled Bak Kwa Bun, Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Chicken Floss, Deep Fried Red Bean Pancake and Nian Gao. Savour Sichuan Dan-Dan Noodles with Baby Abalone and our Signature Singapore Laksa.
