Indulge in a lavish Seafood on Ice spread, highlighted by Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Half Shell Scallops, Mussels, Red Prawns, Cherry Clams, Black Mussels and Sea Whelk. Continue onto an artisanal antipasto platter complemented with an array of Chef's salads.
Feast on an abundant spread of local and international favourites, thoughtfully curated across live and signature stations, ranging from a crisp Dosa Station, comforting Congee Station, a made-to-order Egg Station, fragrant Nasi Lemak Station, and the bold fiery flavours of Sizzling Sisig and more!
Our Chef has created an indulgent tableside experience just for Mum. Savour the delicate elegance of Fish Maw Soup, Steamed Foie Gras with Rhubarb Chutney on a Bun, Boston Lobster Thermidor, and a refreshing Watermelon Jelly Bird’s Nest.
