Following a spectacular debut in 2025, Manila Meets Madrid returns by popular demand. This year, the Filipino-Spanish culinary celebration shines brighter than ever, with an expanded buffet, inventive new creations, and the return of beloved crowd favourites.
This year’s edition is made even more special through the collaboration of two guest Chefs from The Heritage Hotel Manila, Deuna Arnel, Demi Chef, and Ian Kristopher, Sous Chef, who bring with them deep-rooted Filipino culinary expertise. These visiting Chefs are joined by our Executive Chef Thenesh Murugaya and Joseph Edward, Chef de Cuisine from Orchard Hotel Singapore, whose creativity bridges both cultures seamlessly.
Embark on an exquisite journey from the heart of Manila to the soul of Spain this May–June. Celebrate the rich tapestry of two cultures through our sizzling live grill, action station and indulgent weekend specials show casing Lechon Baboy, Sizzling Sisig, Pinoy Style Fish Paksiw and a Spanish Seafood Paella. A decadent selection of desserts awaits, from Tarta de Santiago, Crema Catalana to Maja Blanca, Halo-Halo, and Turon, each bite delivering a luxuriously sweet flourish to this extraordinary culinary journey.
