Welcome to the Australian Meat Festival, a celebration of quality, craftsmanship, and the very best of Australian meat.

Your epicurean journey starts with Pulled Lamb with lentils and chickpeas, a hearty introduction that reflects the richness of Australian produce. This is followed by a soup selection featuring Truffled Chicken Soup and Beef Meatball Soup, before moving on to the Nachos Station where bold and satisfying options with Grain-Fed Beef or Pork Con-Carne await, perfect for sharing and savouring.

The Carving Station presents premium cuts cooked to perfection, including Slow-Roasted Grain-Fed Grain Fed Prime Rib, alongside a Meats Charcoal Grill Station showcasing Hanging Tenderloin, Rump and Brisket, grilled for maximum flavour. Over at the Oven, Stove and Live section, discover a diverse selection inspired by both local and international cuisines, featuring Beef Noodle Soup, Claypot Prawn, Ginseng Chicken, Pull Pork or Wagyu Beef Quesadilla or Sliders.

Wrap it all up with an indulgent dessert selection featuring Banoffee Cream Pudding with White Chocolate Crumble, Tim Tam Tarts with Berries, Classic Lamington and a Passion Fruit Pavlova with Fresh Fruit.
