• Are the mooncakes handcrafted by your culinary team?
  Yes. Each mooncake is meticulously handcrafted by our esteemed culinary team, under the expert guidance and vision of Master Chef Chung Lap Fai.
• What are the recommended storage guidelines?
  To preserve the integrity and flavour of our creations, please adhere to the following:
  Traditional Baked Mooncakes: Best maintained in a cool, dry environment, ideally between 22°C and 24°C.
  Snowskin Mooncakes: These delicate creations require continuous refrigeration between 3°C and 4°C.
• Which selections do you recommend for corporate or distinguished gifting?
  Our Signature Baked Mooncakes are the quintessential choice for refined gifting. Renowned for their timeless appeal and ease of transport, they are the preferred selection for corporate gestures and large-scale arrangements.
• Do your mooncakes contain nuts or nut-based ingredients?
  Yes. Certain selections in our Signature Baked range contain nuts or may contain traces of nut products. We recommend reviewing the detailed ingredient list provided with your selection should you have specific dietary concerns.
• Are your mooncakes Halal certified?
  No, our mooncakes are not Halal-certified. However, please be assured that they are prepared without the use of pork or lard.
• Where may I collect my order?
  Your order will be available for collection at our dedicated Mooncake Counter, situated in the lobby of Orchard Hotel Singapore from 17 August to 25 September 2026, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• What is the recommended consumption period?
  Traditional Baked Mooncakes: Please enjoy by the date indicated upon the packaging for optimal quality.
  Snowskin Mooncakes: To experience the peak of freshness and texture, we recommend consumption within 3 days of collection, provided they are stored at a constant temperature of 3°C to 5°C.

• We kindly request that all orders be placed at least 3 working days in advance to ensure the meticulous preparation of your selection.
• Mooncake collection services are available from 17 August to 25 September 2026.
• Last order for our mooncake collection is on 25 September 2026.
