Filispano Afternoon Tea returns in 2026, once again bringing together the warmth of Filipino flavours with the refined elegance of Spanish culinary tradition.
This thoughtfully curated 14-piece afternoon tea set presents a graceful interplay of savoury and sweet creations, each reflecting the rich cultural dialogue between the Philippines and Spain. Crafted with finesse and presented with quiet sophistication, the experience invites guests to savour a leisurely afternoon of indulgence.
Among the savoury highlights are the delicate King Crab Lumpiang Sariwa, the comforting Spanish Mackerel Kesong Puti Pandesal, the crisp Crispy Oyster with Dalandan Mayo, and the indulgent Wagyu Beef Dinakdakan Tart, each offering a refined interpretation of beloved flavours.
The afternoon winds down on a sweet note with an elegant selection of treats, featuring the classic Tarta de Santiago and the velvety Chocolate Dulce de Leche, offering a gently indulgent finale.
