Savour exquisitely crafted selections such as Soft-Shell Crab Aburi Maki, Chirashi Don, Lobster and Pork Gyoza, and delicate Unagi Chawanmushi, each exquisitely prepared with a contemporary touch.

Conclude with timeless Japanese sweets, include a soft Dorayaki and other refined confections, completing a serene journey through flavour, craftsmanship and understated luxury.
