Welcome the flavours of Autumn with a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and comforting textures.
Begin with a trio of appetisers featuring Marinated Suckling Pig Trotter, Chilled Lobster, and Seasonal Okra.
Continue with Bird's Nest paired with rich Crab Roe, a classic combination that brings out the natural flavours of each ingredient. Savour crispy Jiangnan Smoked Duck Leg, with its golden exterior and tender, flavourful meat.
The main course presents Grilled Sea Perch alongside a Treasure-Filled Case and Golden Crispy Noodles, creating a delightful contrast of textures. Chilled Almond Cream provides an exquisite and refreshing finale to the meal.
