On Fridays and Saturdays Buffet Dinner, feast on Steamed Sustainable Fresh Catch with Laksa Cream, Chilli Crab, BBQ Jumbo Shrimps, Sea Scallops, and more! All diners will receive a token to redeem a special chef’s platter featuring Lobster Thermidor, Tomahawk Garlic Confit, Foie Gras, and our farm-to-table Kale Quinoa Salad.
