Café 2000 at Level 1 of M Hotel Singapore is bringing the spirit of Bavaria straight to your plate with a bold twist on its iconic “Meet the Seafood” buffet dinner along with a mix of international delicacies and alfresco live barbeque. Known for its frothy beers, hearty fare and the birthplace of the wildly popular Oktoberfest, Bavaria is also the largest state in Germany where it is renowned for roasted meats and hearty soups.
