To commemorate the 60th year of Singapore's independence, Head Chef Jacky Zhang and his team of culinary specialists are injecting their creative twists on local flavours to celebrate Singapore’s nation-building journey and the values of multiculturalism, boldness, resilience and openness which make it unique.

Savour fascinating highlights such as Rojak Infused Crispy Chicken, Beef Rendang Wellington, Chempedak Prawn with Turmeric and Curry Mayonnaise, Fermented Durian (Tempoyak) Crab, Pan Roasted Chicken with Otak Mousse, Halibut Fish in Beetroot Butter with Salty Egg Floss, Lychee Rose Panna Cotta and other familiar delights.  End off on a sweet note with delightful treats by Pastry Chef Chan such as Gula Melaka Durian Mousse Cake Pomegranate-Yogurt Verrine Bandung Panna Cotta, Lychee-Rose Bandung Mocktail.
