Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur presents a new festive dining experience at The Mill Café, led by two newly appointed culinary leaders — Executive Chef Mustapha Awang, fondly known as Chef Muss, and Sous Chef Andri bin Abdul Hadi.

Marking their first festive season at the hotel, the duo introduces a thoughtfully curated evening buffet titled “A Feast for the Blessed Month”, celebrating regional flavours, cultural heritage, and the spirit of togetherness. Drawing inspiration from the Silk Road, Nusantara influences, and traditional Malay cuisine, the menu reflects a harmonious balance of international exposure and heritage cooking, thoughtfully designed for meaningful festive gatherings.
