Discover A Taste of Vietnam: Cocktail Edition at The Lobby Lounge, featuring award-winning bartender Adam Lee, winner of the 2026 LAT 0° Singapore’s House Pour Industry Bartending Competition, and guest bartender Pham Tien Tiep, Vietnam’s first Diageo World Class champion, founder of Nê Bar and Rượu Làng Brand Ambassador.

On 5 October, Adam and Pham will come together for an exclusive cocktail showcase, presenting six creations inspired by Vietnam’s rich flavours and culture. The collection features Adam’s Sương Sớm (Morning Mist), Long Hỏa (Fire Dragon) and Sông Hương (Perfume River), alongside Pham’s Làng Phở, The Red Dragon and Làng Sling.

Following the launch showcase, all six signature cocktails will remain available at The Lobby Lounge throughout, offering guests an opportunity to discover the flavours of Vietnam by the river.
