Two Masters, One Flame

24 to 28 March 2026

This March, SanSara presents a time-limited six-course set menu, created in collaboration between SanSara’s Master Chef Pannalal Nath and Chef Sohan Singh, Chef-Owner of RANG, Danang, and a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025).

Bringing together two distinct yet complementary culinary perspectives, Chef Pannalal Nath draws upon over 25 years of experience and his deep mastery of Awadhi cuisine, while Chef Sohan Singh contributes a globally influenced interpretation of Indian cuisine, shaped by his extensive journey across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Together, they present a refined gastronomic narrative where tradition meets innovation and regional heritage is reimagined through contemporary expression.
