Tiffin Lunch Set

From 01 October 2025 onwards

Launching from 01 October, SanSara introduces its new Tiffin Lunch Sets, inspired by the nostalgic Indian tradition of tiffin carriers, long associated with nourishment, community and care. Each set is served in a traditional copper tiffin, a tribute to India’s iconic dabbawalla culture and the timeless spirit of lovingly prepared home-cooked meals.

Each tiffin offers a three-tier culinary journey: a chaat appetiser, a regional curry of the day with naan or rice and a side of seasonal vegetables or meat, followed by a traditional Indian sweet for dessert. The menu takes diners on a journey through North India’s diverse culinary landscape, from the subtle elegance of Awadhi cuisine and the royal kitchens of Lucknow to the bold, hearty flavours of Punjab. Every visit offers something new to explore.

Lunch highlights include Goat Cheese Makai Asrafi, a sweetcorn tikki filled with goat cheese, followed by Murgh Tikka Masala, featuring clay oven-roasted chicken in a rich onion and tomato gravy. These are served with Zaffrani Pulao, fragrant basmati rice with ghee and caramelised onion, and Chilli Cheese Naan.
