Available for five days only, The North Table is an exclusive four-hands dining collaboration that brings together the culinary mastery of SanSara's Master Chef Pannalal Nath and acclaimed Guest Chef Mujeeb ur Rehman. Blending treasured family recipes, royal Awadhi influences and contemporary finesse, the two chefs present an exceptional gastronomic journey that celebrates the diverse flavours of North India through thoughtfully curated 4-course and 6-course menus.

The non-vegetarian experience features standout creations such as the melt-in-your-mouth Shahi Galawati Kebab, Bharwan Calamari delicately stuffed with prawn and crab mousse, and the fragrant Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Butter Lobster Kurchan. Vegetarian diners can indulge in equally remarkable signatures including Chowk Ke Tikki, Rajma Ki Galouti, and Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Paneer Rogan Josh, before concluding with the classic Sheer Khurma, a rich saffron-infused dessert that pays homage to North India's culinary heritage.
