SanSara’s limited-time Diwali Feast celebrates the richness and warmth of Indian cuisine with a thoughtfully curated Deepavali dining experience. Guests can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, each bringing together festive flavours with contemporary touches.
The non-vegetarian menu features highlights such as Paprika Tandoori Prawns with green apple kachumber, Burrata Palak served with Makhmali Paratha, and Murgh Zafrani Korma, a fragrant saffron, cashew and cardamom chicken dish accompanied by ghee rice.
For those seeking a vegetarian menu, diners can enjoy Vegetable Shami Kebab, Burrata Palak, and Vegetable Korma with seasonal vegetables in a fragrant saffron, cashew and cardamom gravy. Both menus conclude with Akhrot Halwa, a rich walnut dessert served with ice cream, offering an indulgent finale to the Festival of Lights celebration.
