French x Indian “Spice & Sophistication” Four-Hands Dinner

In collaboration with the High Commission of India in Singapore to commemorate 60 years of India–Singapore diplomatic relations, SanSara will debut this December an exclusive French x Indian “Spice & Sophistication” Four-Hands Dinner.

This limited-time 5-course wine-paired experience marks a significant moment for SanSara following its relaunch, offering diners a rare cross-cultural journey where French finesse meets the vibrant depth of North Indian cuisine.

The menu is co-created by Chef Eric Costille, Vice President, Global Food & Beverage, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Master Chef Pannalal Nath, Indian Chef de Cuisine at SanSara. Though trained in vastly different culinary traditions, the two chefs discovered common ground in their respect for flavour, family influences, and the desire to honour heritage while creating something new.

Price: Set Menu at $88++per person

Elevate the evening with a curated wine pairing for an additional $50++
