Savour the tang of Kairi Murgh Shorba, the smoky spice of Maas ke Soole, and the fiery indulgence of Jungle Maas. Vegetarian delights also include Pitod ki Subzi, Palak Mangodi ki Subzi, and Subz Jaipuri – each one a treasured dish passed down through generations. The experience concludes with the iconic Malai Ghevar, Rajasthan’s most celebrated sweet, delicately layered with richness and tradition.
