This curated dining experience showcases comforting classics and robust spice profiles, featuring dishes such as Tariwala Aloo Machli, where sea bass is gently simmered in a tangy onion-tomato gravy, and Seekh Pura Masala Murgh Tangri, clay oven roasted chicken drumsticks prepared with yoghurt, garam masala, and rich aromatics. Guests can savour Kansatari Baingan Bharta, a smoky roasted brinjal mash, alongside Pind-Wali Dal Tadka, a wholesome mixed lentil curry finished with garlic, asafoetida, and dried fenugreek leaves.
The journey continues with Subz Tawa Pulao, fragrant basmati rice delicately tossed with seasonal vegetables and mint chutney, accompanied by freshly prepared Masala Kulcha stuffed with spiced potato. This experience concludes with Basundi, featuring slow-reduced milk infused with cardamom and nuts, delivering an elegant and indulgent finale.
