Food Capital welcomes Guest Chef Hien Minh, bringing the vibrant flavours of Vietnam to our Seafood Mania Buffet with specialities such as Fresh Spring Rolls, Shrimp Skewers on Sugarcane, Pho with Beef and a selection of traditional Vietnamese desserts.

Begin with an impressive seafood-on-ice selection featuring chilled tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, sea whelks, scallops with roe, flower clams and Spanish black mussels, with freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and baby lobsters available during dinner. Savour succulent roasted highlights from the carving station, including crispy roast pork, flavourful roast duck and tender pork ribs. Japanese favourites include fresh sashimi, assorted maki rolls, Aburi sushi and crispy Soft-shell Crab Tempura.

Savour a rotating selection of seafood highlights such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and Pan-seared Salmon with Crustacean Cream. Live stations offer comforting favourites including GCW Signature Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Thai Boat Noodles and Seafood Pasta, complemented by hearty roasts from the carving station.

The pricing for children is applicable to those aged between 6 and 11 years old, complimentary dining for children aged 5 and under.
