Savour succulent roasted highlights from the carving station, including crispy roast pork, flavourful roast duck and tender pork ribs. Japanese favourites include fresh sashimi, assorted maki rolls, Aburi sushi and crispy Soft-shell Crab Tempura.

Savour a rotating selection of seafood highlights such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and Pan-seared Salmon with Crustacean Cream. Live stations offer comforting favourites including GCW Signature Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Thai Boat Noodles and Seafood Pasta, complemented by hearty roasts from the carving station.
