Begin with an opulent Seafood on Ice, featuring Irish oysters, snow crab legs, chilled tiger prawns, Chilean scallops with roe and fresh cherry clams. The experience continues with a vibrant selection of Japanese delicacies, including freshly sliced sashimi such as tuna, salmon, hamachi, ebi, tai and octopus, complemented by assorted sushi and maki rolls.

A highlight of the celebration is the Cheesy Boston Lobster — a luxurious indulgence baked to perfection. From the Josper charcoal grill, savour exceptional selections including Wagyu beef ribeye, Australian rack of lamb, Mediterranean octopus and king prawns, each infused with rich, smoky depth.

Celebrate regional flavours with beloved Asian specialities such as Singapore Chilli Crab with Pomelo and Crispy Szechuan Bun, alongside wok-fried mini lobster in black pepper sauce and comforting bowls from our signature laksa noodle station.
