In official collaboration with Tourism Malaysia and held in support of the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore proudly presents Flavours of Malaysia - the hotel's first-ever 10-hands Malaysian chef collaboration buffet, celebrating the nation’s rich culinary heritage and regional diversity.


Led by the hotel's Executive Sous Chef Johor-born Chef Peter Pang, alongside four distinguished visiting chefs from across Malaysia, this exclusive showcase brings together authentic regional specialities and contemporary interpretations in one extraordinary dining experience:

Chef Linn Yong – Co-founder & Chef, Limau & Linen, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Chef Azhar bin Bah – Owner & Head Chef, Smart Hormony Catering, Penang

Chef Lesly Anak A'ik – Sous Chef, Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing, Sarawak

Together, the chefs present a thoughtfully curated buffet showcasing signature flavours from Penang, Sabah, Sarawak and Kuala Lumpur, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience Malaysia’s diverse gastronomic traditions, all within the elegant waterfront setting of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.

Exclusively for the launch evening on 04 June 2026:
Guests may look forward to cultural performances and an exclusive lucky draw, completing an immersive celebration of Malaysia’s rich heritage and flavours.

*The pricing for children is applicable to those aged between 6 and 11 years old, complimentary dining for children aged 5 and under.
