Thoughtfully curated by our Master Chef Lui Wing Keung from Tien Court, each course showcases the delicate balance of flavours that define Teochew gastronomy. From refined braises and slow-simmered broths to wok-fired classics, complemented by carefully selected Chinese wines and spirits.
