The feast highlights Typhoon Shelter Fried Prawns, a choice of Deep-fried or Hong Kong–style Steamed Soon Hock Fish, and Roasted Duck (Half) infused with the richness of angelica root — crafted to celebrate the season’s abundance at S$99++.
