What is the operating hours for buffet at Food Capital?

Breakfast: 6.30am to 10.30am (Last order at 10.15am)

Lunch: 12pm to 2.30pm (Last call at 2pm)
Dinner: 6pm to 10pm (Last call at 9.30pm)

What kind of buffet does the Food Capital Restaurant in Singapore offer?

Food capital offers an array of international and Asian cuisines as well as a la carte options

Is the Food Capital a halal certified restaurant?

We are not a halal certified restaurant. Our team members would be able to showcase a variety of dishes that are no pork no lard.

What is the dress code for this the dining experience at Food Capital Restaurant?

Smart Casual.

Are there any corkage charges?

Duty paid wine bottles are at $60++ per bottle however, we do not encourage wines to be brought in from outside of the restaurant as we have an extensive range of wines from our wine list.

Is there outdoor seating in Food Capital?

We do have window view facing the Singapore River however it is in an indoor setting.

Are you able to hold private functions / events at Food Capital Restaurant?

Yes we can. Pre- booking is required 5 working days in advance. Do call us to check for availability. 

What happens to my reservation if I don't get there in time?

We urge our guests to arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time. If you're running late, please inform us by giving us a call, and we'll try to hold or reschedule your reservation depending on the availability.

Does the Food Capital Restaurant cater for dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements. When making a reservation, please add your food allergies / restrictions to your reservation notes.

Can I book a specific table at the Food Capital restaurant?

You can book you table here. WE however reserve the right to assign seats. All request are subject to availability. 

Does the Food Capital restaurant offer Indian food?

Yes. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes is part of the daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.
