Faradays

Dear Guest, during Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we are adopting a 'order at the bar' service for all restaurant seating's. Please ask at reception for more details on arrival.

Located on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers an a la carte menu service for lunch and dinner alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5:30PM which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents.

The bar opens at midday and serves until 11:00PM after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

Full room service menu is served from midday to 9:15PM and a limited room service is available 24 hours per day. All room service orders are subject to a £5 delivery charge unless you have booked a Club room or Suite.

For Afternoon Tea enquiry's, please email events.merryhill@millenniumhotels.co.uk directly. All afternoon tea bookings are subject to 72 hours notice and full pre-payment.

Bookings are available daily from midday to 5:30PM for lunch and 5:30 PM to 9:15PM for the evening menu (including lunch options). When booking, please share your name, contact number, group size, and any dietary/allergen info. For groups of 10 or more, a deposit and pre-order are required. Dear guests, please be advised that from 25th December to 5th January, Faradays will not be serving their normal food menus. Please ask your wait staff for more details. Furthermore, Breakfast Service, Faraday's Bar and Food Service will have amended hours from the 22nd December to 5th January. For operating hours, please click here.
